4 years while serving in the US Navy. He started out as an insurance agent for Liberty Mutual and then
opened his own agency with an appointment through Farmers Insurance Group. Never one to stand still,
in 1994 he turned his agency over to his wife and obtained his real estate license. Dan was not happy
working for someone else and within 2 years received his broker's license and started Flores Real Estate. Since that time, he has sold over $12 million in property. He is the father of two beautiful girls, both of
whom are currently in graduate school, and the light of his life is his 8 year old granddaughter. Always the entrepreneur, he started Flores Enterprises 5 years ago and added building custom homes to his repertoire
of accomplishments.
Alexa who is fourth generation New Mexican is also a native of Albuquerque. After several years at
Eastern New Mexico University, she came back to Albuquerque and worked in the banking industry.
She obtained her insurance license in 1987, secured an appointment with Farmers Insurance, and has developed a very successful agency over the last 20 years. She has since obtained her real estate license
and manages the couple's commercial investment property.
Dan and Alexa met as insurance agents and with so much in common could not help but fall in love. They
both have extensive family in the area and share a great appreciation for their home state. They have now been married 11 years.
